"Rental guarantee" campaign - We offer you 3 years guaranteed rental on the apartment. The rental income is deducted from the amount due on completion of the purchase process at the end of the 3 years. - You only pay 40% of the apartment price when purchasing the apartment. We include a furniture package for free and cover the costs of water, electricity, community fees, taxes, alarm connection and insurance during the 3 years the apartment is rented out. - The apartment is reserved for rentals from June to August, but you can still use your apartment during this time if you pay an amount of 450 euros per week, which in any case is also partly income for you and this will be deducted from the amount outstanding on the apartment price at the end of the 3 year period. - During the rest of the year, you can use the apartment, booking it at least 4 weeks in advance. The only payment will be 70 euros for cleaning. - If you rent out the apartment yourself, this will earn you 150 euros per week. - The net rental guarantee is 4% on the initial RRP. The guaranteed rental income amounts to a 10% profit on the initial capital outlay. - After the 3 year period, you pay the final figure which results from deducting all the rental income obtained from the 60% of the price owed.
